You should fill out the [Course Application Plan(format) A & B] attached above and send it to you global K buddy. Plan B is a backup plan.
Even though your buddy failed the course registration, please do not blame him or her since the course registration in Korea is very competitive.
Please make the second course application plan since there is a big possibility that you cannot succeed registering all courses that you want to take. (There are two sheets in the file)

每位学生应填写课程申请书 [Course Application Plan(format) A & B]，并将其发送给自己的global K buddy，因为他们会替你注册课程。B是一个备用计划。
虽然你的buddy可能会注册失败你希望的课程也，请不要怪你的buddy。韩国注册课程的竞争特别激烈。
我们建议每个学生准备两个以上不同的课程申请计划，因为你的第一个课程申请计划可能会因为课程满员等原因导致注册失败。(档案有两张)
